Our cryogenic dewars are super-insulated, multi-layer mobile vessels engineered to store, transport, and dispense cryogenic liquids such as liquid oxygen (LO222).

 

The core design features a dual-vessel structure: a stainless-steel inner vessel to hold the cryogenic liquid and an outer vessel for insulation. Between them, a super-insulated multi-layer system minimizes heat transfer, while a built-in vaporizer, precision valve piping, and safety systems ensure controlled gasification and secure operation. This advanced insulation technology reduces boil-off rates, maintaining the low-temperature environment critical for preserving cryogenic liquids.

Utilizing high-vacuum multi-layer insulation technology, the vacuum level remains stable over time, and the static evaporation loss rate of liquid nitrogen is low, effectively prolonging the storage time and significantly reducing operating costs.

The tank body is made of high-quality aluminum alloy or stainless steel, featuring high strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. The neck tube design is scientific, reducing the evaporation and heat exchange of liquid nitrogen.

Equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as explosion-proof safety valves and inner and outer tank protection devices, ensuring timely pressure relief in abnormal situations and preventing overpressure risks.

User-friendly design

The storage container (shelf) is designed reasonably, facilitating sampling; the locking cover can effectively prevent rapid evaporation of liquid nitrogen and the entry of external contaminants; some models are equipped with casters for convenient movement.
